At Altman Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new travel gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of purchase.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused luggage or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags, protective plastics, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
